Tree Medics offers a 6 Months Guarantee on all preventative tree spray treatments, and preventative direct injections that we perform (except on those trees in which the root zones will be damaged by construction of any kind, or excess dirt spread over the roots). We do not give a guarantee on trees that appear to be sick already. Tree Medics cannot guarantee the life or value of any tree; and will not be responsible for it's life, value or the damage that it may cause to any person or property, should a tree(s) fall. We do not give refunds of any kind, pay for tree removals, pay for the value of the tree - should it die after it has been treated or pay for any damages that a fallen tree may incur. We do not change chemicals for resprays, unless you pay for the chemicals.
Our Guarantee is that our products work. If it appears as though our guaranteed spray treatment, or guaranteed direct injection, is not working properly on a tree that we have guaranteed in writing, which you have already paid for...then you are entitled to one free respray, per guaranteed tree (if it's needed) within the 6 month time period from the date in which you were issued with that guarantee.
